11 members were present. Frank Tully and Bill Spence have joined and we are glad to have them.
Tim gave a treasury report and we have $4000 +/-, the check book is all up to date.
We made a tentative schedule that we will have finalized after the Fed meeting on 12-14. Copies will be available on line and at the January meeting. Orders were taken for Hoodies, they will be available at the January meeting.
We started to discuss tournament rules but decided to have the discussion in January. The meeting started at 7pm and adjourned at 8:30pm

There were 7 members in attendance. We voted to have the banquet at the St. Johns club on Nov 7th.
Treasurer's Report: $5250.00 in the checking account. We voted to take orders for hoodies, $10 for members who pay dues by or at the Dec. meeting, $20 there after. A sample of the hoodie will be shown at the Dec. meeting. We also agreed to buy 24 hats with logo.
We discussed the 2 modifications that are being considered to the VBF by-laws.
Officers were elected by vote:
President: Chad Brousseau
Vice President: Ron Sweeney
Treasurer: Tim Austin
Secretary: Steve Lipman
Tournament Director will be appointed by the president.

No treasury report. Discussed Federation meeting and drew for Kelly Bay tournament.

In attendance: Larry Blow, Sean Fryer, Steve Lipman, Mike Pelchat, Mark Biladou, Cory Tetrault, Ron Sweeney and Gene Gordon. Frank Scalise joined us as well.
No treasury report as Chad was not present.
Ron reminded everyone about the STQ. We still need 2 boaters for the Juniors at Iroquois on 8/8/09.
Frank mentioned the Berkley program and the STQ. He also had H2OC's for sale, $200/ea. and 1 IHunt for $250.
We made plans for the Chimney Point tournament and the meeting was adjourned.
